At MD-Bio, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of receipt on any unopened, undamaged, and non-expired orders. If you need to return your order please contact us at sales@mdbio.com, and we will coordinate the return of the product(s). Once the products are received and inspected, a full refund (less shipping cost) will be applied.

Most orders received before 3pm CST will ship the same business day. In rare cases, shipping times may vary due to product demand or order quantity.

Please note that transit times for orders shipped via USPS (US-Mail) can vary and are not guaranteed.

When your order is shipped you will receive a notification email with the tracking information.

Please note that orders shipped via USPS First-Class Mail do not offer tracking information.
